TAMPA, Fla. — Derek Jeter’s mansion, known by some as “St. Jetersburg,” is up for sale, according to a listing from Coldwell Banker Realty.
The MLB legend’s property made headlines earlier in the year after new Tampa Bay Buccaneer Tom Brady reportedly moved into Jeter’s Davis Island home.
We don’t know where Brady and his family are going to call home in Tampa Bay but for $29 million, you can live like the 5-time World Series champ and the 6-time Super Bowl champ.
The 21,796 square-foot mansion features seven bedrooms, 16 total bathrooms, a pool, a home gym, a spa and six parking spots in the garage, according to the listing from Coldwell Banker Realty.
“This stunning, one of a kind, custom-designed private estate was built on 345 feet of open bay on the largest ever assembled waterfront property on Davis Islands,” the listing read.
